Greg Abrahams
Greg Abrahams attended UCT, receiving his BMus in Composition and Performance in 2011 before going on to co-produce dozens of TV commercials. In between the advertising gigs, Greg has seen himself filling out production and composition roles across commercial releases with artists such as Låpsley, Jeremy Loops, Craig Lucas, Sho Madjozi, Goodluck, Will Linley, Shekhinah, Jade Olivia, and Majozi. Today, Greg works in Business Development and A&R at Quiet Life Co..

Andrew Hoole
After receiving his MMus in Composition at UCT in 2013, Andrew Hoole immediately started scoring films: Khumba in 2013, The Least of These in 2019, and Seal Team in 2021. From there, he composed on the popular South African TV show, Supa Strikas: Rookie Season alongside co-producing dozens of TV commercials. Andrew spends his days as Operations Lead at Quiet Life Co. and lecturing Jazz Theory at the South African College of Music.

Elliot Heinrich
Elliot Heinrich is a producer, mixer, engineer and songwriter with more than a decade of experience working across some of the finest studios in the UK and Australia. His credits include collaborations with Little Simz, Michael Kiwanuka, Metronomy, Nico Godin (AIR) and POND, alongside experience working with acclaimed producers including John Merchant, John Hudson and Declan Gaffney. His work has accumulated tens of millions of streams, received extensive international radio support and featured in major films, television productions and advertising campaigns.

Oscar Sholto Robertson
Oscar Sholto Robertson is a composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist known for his versatility across a wide range of musical styles, from industrial electronics and breakbeats to rich, cinematic exotica. His work in advertising and television includes campaigns for Dior, Givenchy, Dyson, YSL and Icicle, while his studio credits include collaborations with artists such as Spiritualized, Katy J Pearson and Wet Leg. Based in East London, Oscar runs a highly regarded recording studio alongside David Bardon, where he combines contemporary production expertise with a deep knowledge of songwriting, arrangement and period-inspired sound design.

David Bardon
David Bardon is a composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist with a particular passion for analogue recording, vintage sounds and authentic musical craftsmanship. As a touring bassist and guitarist, he has performed around the world with artists including Miles Kane, Nick Waterhouse, Geowulf and Molly Lewis, giving him a deep understanding of how great records are built from the ground up. Drawing inspiration from ambient music, Krautrock and electronic rock, David combines contemporary production techniques with a genuine knowledge of the instruments, tones and recording approaches that define different musical eras.

Alfie Godfrey
Alfie Godfrey is a dynamic and exciting composer who has worked across dozens of major films, having most recently scored one of 2025’s box-office hits Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning. Alfie began his career under the mentorship of Hans Zimmer and Lorne Balfe, working his way up the ranks, filling any music department role that needed filling. Through his many roles, he landed credits on flagship films and series made by the world’s biggest studios and streaming services. His producer chops have been equally well proven, serving as score producer and coordinating with countless orchestras, musicians, and music department heads across more than 10 countries globally.

Dee Sotiropoulos
Shortly after receiving a BA in Film, Visual, and Performance Arts, dee saw major and continued success making phonk and lo-fi hip-hop to chill/study to, amassing over 17M streams. dee used the afforded breadth of experience (as well as that found interning at studios and production houses in between) as Creative Director at sunk recordings, aiding in the production and composition of the outfit’s discography, which has itself garnered 65M streams.

Enrico Scherf
Born in Johannesburg, Enrico took an early interest in music production and has been at it ever since. After studying information media and communication design in Berlin, he spent his early career interning for SAMA Award-winning studios and labels back in South Africa before a brief period in advertising. Having co-founded sunk recordings in 2020 – and managing operations since – he has continued to release music under the moniker mount bliss which has garnered over 50 million streams across DSP’s and helped millions of people fall asleep (probably).

Jonathan Whitehouse
Jonathan Whitehouse, a.k.a tsemb, is emerging as a talent-to-watch in the club scene. His unique brand of left-field dance music has garnered him co-signs from some of the most revered names in avant-garde electronic music, with his first EP set to drop on the burgeoning ‘Xternal Domain’ record label. Not to be mistaken with ‘sunk recordings’, the record label with which he has four years of experience as Managing Director: having helped build, grow, and oversee the outfit as they garnered over 50M streams worldwide.
